Leo Rocha

Leo Rocha is the founder of the IncentSales Group, located in Atlanta, Georgia. He has over fifteen years experience in leading the design and implementation of sales incentive compensation programs. He has led projects in all sales compensation disciplines, role & pay alignment, management and forecasting of cost of sales, and technology implementation. Today Leo holds a Senior Director role in a large US public company, and also merges his dual passion for small and medium businesses and sales compensation in his work at the IncentSales Group.

Prior to founding the IncentSales Group, Leo worked at global Tech and Financial companies, including IBM and Santander Bank, and consulted for Auto, Tech, and Financial Services businesses. Leo has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and projects from design to implementation.


Leo’s credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro, and an MBA from Brigham Young University with a focus in Finance and Strategy. He is also a WorldatWork Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP).
